Insurance Based Programs and Memberships

The Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center honors SilverSneakers®, Renew Active®, and Silver&Fit®, allowing our local seniors to exercise in the pool to stay fit and self-reliant. Your insurance will provide you with the information that you must share with us to get signed up for a membership. If you are unsure which program your insurance provider carries, you can call them and ask. The phone number is located on your insurance card. The staff at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center will need the following information during sign-up:

  • SilverSneakers® members will be given a 16-digit code and must sign a SilverSneakers® waiver.
  • Renew Active® members will be given a 9-digit code with an A or S at the beginning.
  • Silver&Fit® members are searched by name, date of birth, or an 8-digit fitness number.

Once you have your insurance information, you can bring it to the pool, and we can help you set up your account. With one of the three insurances above, you will receive a membership. This membership gives you access to the drop-in lap lanes, other open areas of lap pool, leisure pool, and locker rooms during public hours. It also gives you access to the following classes; Arthritis Class, Sunrise Water Yoga, and Splash! Class at no additional charge to you. Lap lane reservations, private hot bath reservations, and additional Fitness classes are not included in this membership and may be purchased at an additional cost.
