Parks & Recreation Bus Driver

The City of Salida Parks & Recreation department is seeking seasonal part time bus drivers to join our team! This position is anticipated to work between December 23, 2023 and April 24, 2024.

This position is responsible for assisting with duties involved with recreational leagues, programs, activities and events as directed by the Recreation Supervisor. Performs a variety of tasks associated with driving the Ski Bus from the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center to Monarch Mountain on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the ski season. Performs equipment checks, provides prompt and courteous customer support and service, and safely transports riders by obeying all road safety and traffic laws.

Starting salary $20.50 - $25.00 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications. Family swim benefit included with position. See employment application and full job description at the links below.
