The City of Salida is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support City Hall operations. This position provides primary administrative support to the City Administrator and plays a key role in front-line customer service, including utility billing support and assisting residents, visitors, and callers at City Hall.

The Administrative Assistant serves as a professional, public-facing representative of the City and provides administrative and coordination support to City Council, department leadership, and City staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced municipal environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable working with the public while handling confidential information and varied administrative tasks.
