Special Event Liquor License

If you are planning an event where alcohol will be served to the public or invited guests, please review the Colorado Liquor Code - Special Events Permits - Article 5, Title 44, C.R.S.

Applications must be from a non-profit and must be received 30 days prior to the City Council Regular Meeting Public Hearing. In addition, a notice of the date of the public hearing must be physically posted at least 10 days before the council meeting (Clerk's Office duty).

The State limits Special Event Liquor Permits to 15 days in one calendar year, per organization.

 

The City fee is $100, there is no State fee (please do not fill out the "LIAB" section).
