The City of Salida Public Works department is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to join our team!
This full time position performs inspections of public works capital projects within the City of Salida, working with both contractors and City Employees. Provides technical skill sets including general design skills involving drafting and use of ESRI GIS. Periodically assists with other special projects or program planning on a case-by-case basis. Works with the Director, city staff, and Consultants during the design and construction of street, water, and sewer system projects.

Salary Range: $65,946 - $98,919/year (hiring range up to $72,405) plus benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, 401(a) and 457 retirement plan options with employer match, Personal Time Off accrual, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and a swim benefit at the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center.
